These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the nail + body lab (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.naillab.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. You may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute the content published on this website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of nail + body lab.

Policies

Gift vouchers (virtual and non-virtual)

• • Vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase.
  • Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or products.
  • Vouchers can be used at any time for treatments of the equivalent value at nail + body lab. To book your appointment please call us on +27 11 786 3222 or contact us on email on info@naillab.co.za
  • Booking in advance is recommended.
  • Right of admission is reserved.
  • A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation / rescheduling not be made in time the full treatment fee will apply and the voucher will be redeemed.
  • Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to ensure that you are afforded your full treatment time.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Vouchers are valid for treatments at the current price. The holder of the voucher will be liable to pay any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day of presentation.
  • Nail + body lab will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.

**Please ensure that you discuss all medical and pertinent health conditions with your nail technician / therapist / hairdresser before treatment/s commence.

Electronic Communications

By using this Website or communicating with nail + body lab by electronic means, you consent and acknowledge that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.

E-Commerce & Privacy

The Website www.naillab.co.za sells virtual gift vouchers online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the nail + body lab, its owners, employees, consultants and/or suppliers harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by nail + body lab and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the e-mail and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product where applicable. Credit card details are not kept by nail + body lab under any circumstances.

nail + body lab cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on your electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that you may have inadvertently installed on your device.

Online Payment – Virtual Card Services

All online credit card payments are processed by PayFast Online Payment Services. Card Holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to view the security policy.

Refund and Return Policy

Once a voucher has been purchased, no refund will be issued.

Nail + body lab reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is your obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. Your continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of your acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
